Breakfast is served in the drawing room where a log fire burns on during early mornings, and the view from the window stretches from Hartland Point to Lundy Island over the little white town of Bideford. Breakfasts use home produced and locally sourced ingredients: fruit from the garden, home made yoghurt and prize-winning local meats. Special diets can be catered for. Ground floor rooms around the peaceful courtyard garden are available. The courtyard rooms offer completely independent access so you may come and go as you please throughout your holiday. All rooms are en-suite, some with feature bathrooms. All have Teletext television, well-stocked hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities, telephones, hairdryers, and central heating. Children and pets are welcome. Family suites are available. We are able to accommodate babies up to 1 year old and children over 9 years of age. We can help you to organise cycling on the Tarka Trail, Cliff walking, Surfing, Canoeing and other water sports. There is a different beach for each day of your holiday within easy reach; Dartmoor and Exmoor to explore, gardens at Rosemoor and Tapeley as well as the fishing villages of Clovelly and Appledore.
