The hotel dates from 1860 and retains much of the character and warmth of the original building whilst offering the standards and comfort that todays visitor requires. The Winterbourne has been owned and managed by the same family for over 40 years. The resident directors Michael and Pamela Stebbings work hard to ensure the hotel retains the welcome and standards that guests have come to expect. The Restaurant has a long established reputation for its Table dhote menu which changes daily, offering a wide choice of dishes including a vegetarian choice.
