It has been featured on television and is situated in the old village of Saltford, minutes away from the beautiful cities of Bath and Bristol with their renowned theatres, resturants, historic buildings, museums and expanding business centres. The hotel is able to offer ample off road parking. The village is situated approximately 4 miles from Bath and 6 miles from Bristol. Within the village itself there are four pubs all of which have resturants and serve meals to suit all tastes. Within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel there is the old Bristol / Bath railway line which has been converted into a cycle track ( cycle hire is available locally). As an alternative take a walk along the banks of the river Avon, perhaps hire a boat from the village marina, or for the energetic a climb up to Kelston Roundhill. On a clear day you can see the two severn bridges and the hills of Wales. With easy access to the M4 and M5 motorways our location makes us the obvious choice for both pleasure and business trips. The surrounding countryside is some of the finest in the West Country, with the Cotswolds, the Mendips, and the Quantocks a short drive away. Within a couple of miles there are two 18 hole golf courses, one with a covered driving range both welcome visitors. If you do not feel like driving there is an excellent bus service which will take you to either of the cities, or for a change visit Cribbs Causeway, Bristols biggest out of town shopping mall. Das schöne Gebäude aus der frühen georgianischen Epoche wurde 1744 erbaut. Es wurde schon mehrmals im Fernsehen gezeigt und liegt im alten Städtchen Saltford, nur wenige Minuten entfernt von den schönen Städten Bath und Bristol mit ihren renomierten Theatern, Restaurants, historischen Gebäuden, Museen und ihren expandierenden Geschäftsbezirken. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten abseits der Straße. Die Ortschaft befindet sich ca. 6,4 km außerhalb von Bath, Bristol ist ca. 9,6 km entfernt. Im Ort selbst gibt es vier Pubs mit Restaurants, wo sich für jeden Geschmack etwas finden lässt. Einige Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt befindet sich die alte Bath/Bristol Bahnlinie, welche in einen Radwanderweg umgewandelt wurde; Fahrräder können im Ort ausgeliehen werden. Alternativ können Sie einen Spaziergang am Ufer des Flusses Avon entlang unternehmen, oder mieten Sie ein Boot vom hiesigen Bootsverleih; für die aktiveren Urlauber bietet sich die Möglichkeit, eine Bergtour auf den Kelston Roundhill zu unternehmen. An einem klaren Tag können Sie von hier aus die zwei durchtrennten Brücken und die Berge von Wales sehen. Unsere optimale Lage mit Anschluss an die Autobahnen M4 und M5 macht uns zum idealen Zielpunkt für Geschäfts- und Urlaubsreisen. Elle a été présentée sur la télévision et est située dans un vieux village de Saltford, A quelques minutes des villes magniques de Bath et Bristol avec leur attractions de renomées, théatres, restaurants, monuments historiques, muséums et de grands centres d'affaires. L'hôtel a un grand parking en dehors de la grande route. Le village est située approximativement à 4 miles de Bath et six miles de Bristol. Dans ce village se trouve quatre pubs tous faisant la cuisinne et servent des repas pour tous les goûts. A quelques minutes à pied de l'hôtel il y a la vieille gare de la ligne Bristol/Bath laquelle a été converti comme endroit pour faire du vélo (la location de vélos est possible). Autre moyen de locomotion, marcher le long de la rivière Avon, vous pouvez aussi louer peut-être un bâteau depuis le village de la marina, ou grimper sur la Kelston Roundhill. Sur un clair. Par un temps clair vous pouvez apercevoir les deux ponts qui joignent l'Angleterre et la Galles et les collines du Pays de Galles. Avec un accès facile depuis la M4 et M5 notre location fait un choix logique pour le tourisme ou les affaires. La région campagnarde est une des plus belles de l'ouest de l'Angleterre. le Cotswolds, les Mendips, and les Quantocks se trouvent à courtes distances en voiture. Tout proche se trouve aussi deux terrains de golfe (18 trous). Si vous ne sentez pas conduire dans la ville il y a d'excellents transports public dans les deux villes, ou pour un changement visitez Cribbs Causeway, le plus grand centre commercial de Bristol.
