The hotel has 188 rooms, including single and double rooms and suites. The original Victorian decoration typical of the era in which it was built is preserved throughout the hotel. In the catering department, Hotel Reina Cristina has two restaurants: a buffet restaurant and an à la carte restaurant. The hotel has a small gymnasium, two entirely renovated swimming pools, one of them heated, two tennis courts and extensive grounds for jogging, with 50,000 square metres of gardens.

El hotel tiene un total de 188 habitaciones divididas entre individuales, dobles así como algunas habitaciones con salón denominadas Suites. Tanto las habitaciones como todo el conjunto del Hotel Reina Cristina mantiene la decoración original victoriana de la época en que se construyó. La oferta gastronómica del Reina Cristina la componen sus dos restaurantes, un restaurante buffet y un restaurante a la carta. El hotel está provisto de un pequeño gimnasio, dos piscinas totalmente renovadas, una de ellas climatizada, dos canchas de tenis y amplias zonas para practicar el jogging con una superficie total ajardinada de 50.000 metros cuadrados.
