It was old and it had been inhabited for decadesà But it had also an irresistible charm! In this way it was given birth our adventure, no troubles have ever stopped us and we were able to give light again to one typical tiny village of the last years of the XIX century that everybody had forgotten. Today it is a highly regarded hotel resort which offers many and different services and which is extremely appreciated by international customers. The hotel develops in three buildindings, two of them are conneted underground by a confortable passageway. The hall is located right where the blacksmith's house was and together with the Sala San Zenobio - intended for the morning breakfasts - , the (sala vetri) "Glass room" with its furniture in wrought iron and the cool summer Pergola, it offers numerous and private areas for every event, from the aperitif to the quick business meeting. At present there are 42 rooms, but soon new rooms will be added to these. They will have all the comfort which modern customers require: Minibar provided with more than thirty items, TV with six satellite links, double phones, computer socket, hairdryer, courtesy sets with more than fifteen items, safe -deposit box, indipendent air conditionning (included air conditionning). Every building is characterized by different rooms as for colour and details. The upper floors keep aside (riservare) the warm and romantic atmosphere of the wooden ceiling while the rooms of the old stable have a Tuscany tiled floor, in other rooms you will find fitted-carpet. The hotel does not lack junior suites with hydromassage or sauna. Every customer will find alll these very modern facilities which grant him the maximum comfort, as well as a painstacking service in every detail: the fruit basket will welcome our customers and will offer fresh fruits during their whole stay. Every evening the rooms are rearranged and a present from the management wishes "goodnight" to our guests. At the Savoia Hotel everything is planned to perfection particularly speaking about the restaurant. The management has strategically decided to let the restaurant be run by very capable people who have been working in this field for many years! "Danilo e Patrizia", close-knit family with a long tradition (Ge.se Club and Bononia Club, just to quote the very last experiences before arriving at the Savoia) is awaiting for you in a tiny and cosy restaurant. In the Summer a nice terrace deep in a small garden makes it more valuable. It would be useless to quote all the mediterranean specialities (more than seventy first dishes and main courses based on truffles and porcini mushrooms), also because every week new dishes will be added to the menu! We would like to invite you to come as soon as possible to taste the dishes that Danilo and Patrizia will suggest recommend. Business brunches and lunches coinciding with meetings are light and quick and have already been tested by five years of successes, while menus for weddings, anniversaries or gala nights will be personalized together with the customer. For those who prefer an effective alternative to the traditional restaurant service there is the "Pastry Workshop" (pastry-making, confectionery)of Mr. Ermes Trombetti, that early in the morning starts cooking croissants, pastries, bisquits, cookies and cakes just to make the moment of breakfast irresistible and unforgettable, which honestly is our strong point! The buffet, which is open from 7.00 to 10.00 a.m., offers a variety of unique specialities both sweet and (salty - savoury) in order to satisfy the breakfast needs and taste of our customers coming from all over the world. During the summer breakfast is served in the shadowed garden. Even coffee breaks are directly and personally produced and prepared by us and we are able to grant you a large choice of "delicatessens", (which could delay your return to your meeting). To those who prefer a quick and light break we suggest our "nature" or apetizer/starter buffets. You will save time and money but a high and best quality service is granted. CosiĈ eĈ nata la nostra avventura, numerosi ostacoli non ci hanno fermato e abbiamo cosiĈ potuto riportare alla luce un piccolo borgo di fine ottocento dimenticato da tutti che oggi eĈ un apprezzato complesso alberghiero che vanta numerosi servizi ed eĈ molto apprezzato dalla clientela internazionale. LĈalbergo si sviluppa in 3 edifici, due dei quali sono collegati sotteraneamente da un comodo corridoio. La Hall eĈ posizionata in cioĈ che era la fabbreria e insieme alla sala San Zenobio destinata alle colazioni del mattino, la sala a vetri con mobili in ferro battuto e la fresca pergola estiva, offre angoli diversi e privati per qualsiasi tipo di circostanza, dallĈaperitivo allĈincontro veloce di affari. 42 sono attualmente le camere, ma presto se ne aggiungeranno delle nuove, con tutti i comfort che la moderna clientela richiede: minibar con piuĈ di 30 articoli, televisore con 6 canali satellitari, doppi telefoni con presa per computer, asciugacapelli, set di cortesia con oltre 15 articoli, cassetta di sicurezza, climatizzazione della camera autonoma (aria condizionata inclusa). Le camere si differenziano in ogni edificio, per colori e dettagli. gli ultimi piani riservano lĈatmosfera calda e romantica del soffitto con legno a vista, le camere di cioĈ che era la stalla sono in cotto, le altre in moquette. LĈalbergo dispone di 3 junior suite con vasca idromossaggio o sauna. Oltre a queste moderne attrezzatture che assicurano il massimo comfort ad ogni cliente, anche il servizio eĈ curato in ogni minimo particolare: il cestino della frutta oltre che dare il benvenuto ad ogni nostro cliente, resta riassortito durante tutto il soggiorno. Tutte le sere le camere vengono riassettate e un presente della direzione augura la buona notte ad ogni ospite. LĈHotel Savoia non lascia niente al caso e specialmente presso il ristorante. EĈ stata fatta la scelta strategica di cedere la gestione del ristorante a chi di cucina se ne intende e da tanto tempo! Danilo e Patrizia affiatatissima famiglia di lunga esperienza (circolo Ge.Se e circolo Bononia per citare le ultime esperienze prima di approdare al Savoia) Vi aspetta in un piccolo ed accogliente ristorante che in estate si pregia di una terrazza immersa in un piccolo giardino. Sarebbe inutile citare tutte le specialitaĈ mediterranee (piuĈdi 70 primi piatti e pietanze a base di tartufi e funghi porcini) anche percheĈ nuovi piatti si aggiungono ogni settimana! Vi invitiamo quanto prima per un menuĈ di degustazione che gli stessi Danilo e Patrizia vi suggeriranno al Vostro tavolo. Le colazioni di lavoro in concomitanza a meeting sono leggere e veloci e giaĈ collaudate da 5 anni di successi, mentre per matrimoni, ricorrenze o cene di gala i menuĈ sono personalizzati di volta in volta con il cliente. Per chi preferisce una valida alternativa al servizio di ristorazione tradizionale, il Laboratorio di Pasticceria del Sig. Ermes Trombetti inizia alla mattina a sfornare invitanti brioches, pasticcini, biscotti e torte per rendere irresistibili le colazioni del mattino punto di forza del nostro albergo. Il Buffet allestito dalle 7 alle 10 del mattino offre un assortimento unico di specialitaĈ dal dolce al salato per soddisfare la colazione di qualsiasi nazionalitaĈ. In estate la colazione eĈ servita nellĈombreggiato giardino. Anche i coffe break sono di produzione propria e assicuriamo un ampio assortimento di delicatessen che purtroppo ostacoleranno la ripresa dei lavori dei Vostri meeting! Per chi preferisce una pausa pranzo veloce e leggera i nostri buffet a base di portate nature o stuzzicheria, Vi faranno risparmiare tempo e denaro ma assicurano sempre un alto servizio e unĈottima qualitÓ. | ||
