Der Hotelkomplex besteht aus einem Hauptgebõude mit Gõstezimmern und einem auf Park und Swimmingpool schauenden Gebõude mit den neu erstellten Appartementwohnungen der Residenza. Nur 100 m vom Meer entfernt, in sehr ruhiger Umgebung, ohne Auto- und Stra¯enlõrm. In unmittelbarer Nõhe die Viale delle Nazioni mit ihrer Fu¯gõngerzone, ihren Geschõften, Treffpunkten und Vergn³gungsm÷glichkeiten. Man schrieb das Jahr 1952, als in Cesenatico eine Pension mit Namen "La Sportiva" die T³ren f³r die ersten Urlauber ÷ffnete. 1960 wurde sie infolge der vielen Gõste aus Baden-W³rttemberg, speziell dem Stuttgarter Raum, zum Hotel Stuttgart-Sport umbenannt. 1972 weihte man einen neuen Hotelkomplex, das "Hotel Sport", ein; es war das erste in Cesenatico mit einem gro¯en Swimming-Pool. 1979 ist das Hotel Valverde ³bernommen worden, ein historisches Hotel dieser Zone, und 1989 sind Sporteinrichtungen und einer der sch÷nsten Swimming Pools der Adria-Riviera errichtet worden, ³ber den auch in Architektur-Zeitschriften berichtet worden ist. 1995 und 1997 sind die zwei Hotels zur Hotel-Apartment-Anlage erweitert worden.
