The Residence Hotel is located on a sunny terrace in one of the most beautiful areas in the Italian Dolomites, and offers a breathtaking view on the Pale di S. Martino, Civetta and the Marmolada massif which includes the only glacier in the Oriental Alps. The residence offers confortable and utilitarian flats, and some of them also have an intermediate floor. All of them have toilets with shower, phone and TV socket, kitchenette with kitchenware, bed linen (tidy beds at the arrival) and bathlinen. Studios 2/5 beds: living-room with two beds and 1-2-3 beds or bunk beds, Kitchenette. A paradise for the skiers : Sussy means ôtotal skiö, whichever the skier level. Just in front of the hotel you can take the skilift. The chalet is directly on the slopes and what slopes! Falcade is linked to the ôTre Valliö Ski area with 98 Km of slopes, all different for levels; moreover 90 of these slopes are provided with artificial snow. The Ski-area ôTre Valliö makes you ski amongst Val di Fassa, Val del Passo San Pellegrino and Valle del Bios. It goes from the heart of the Dolomites of Trentino and Veneto and it is framed by the famous peaks such as Marmolada, Pale di San Martino and Catinaccio. Not only the clever skiers, but also all the ones who want to improve their technique or who are just learning to ski will enjoy in this beautiful scenery. Individual ski lessons, snowboard, carving, telemark can be taken directly in front of the hotel with professional teachers, using the skilift just outside: a climb of middle difficoulty, easy also for the absolute beginners. For the groups lesson the meeting place is the ski-school ôLe Buseö, on the top of the same ski-lift after a simple ôblueö slope. Also the long distance ski lovers can have fun: Falcade offers three long distance rings for a total of 10 km and in the next localities skiers can enjoy other rings for a total of 40 km. Sussy also offers a deposit for ski and booths and guests can rent the ski equipment at special prices. When you don't sky: Sussy offers a lot of opportunities out of the ski. First of all a big solarium terrace with deck chairs, where your guests can relax in front of the beautiful scenery of the Dolomites. Big inner areas where everybody can meet and take part of the entertainment. The complex also has a billiard room, TV room. The most appreciated service is perhaps the best Fitness Centre, just for the adults, gym, sauna, steam-bath, Turkish bath, hydromassage, relaxing area (the sun center has to be paid on the spot). At 5.00 p.m. when the ski-plants close, skiers meet at the hotel and begin a great evening, which can start from the relaxing fitness centre, continue at the buffet of the dinner and then at the pub to dance, sing, play and get to know people in the typical cheerful and friendly atmosphere of the mountain holidays. Who told in mountain you go to sleep early? Entertaimnets: Entertainments propose plays and funny opportunities both during the day and after dinner. The holidays: To speng the holidays at the Sussy is something special. In the nice scenery of the winter mountain, every holiday occasion is prepared at its best. On Christmas, Epiphany and Easter you can enjoy traditional rituals, creating the magic atmosphere for the family and making the children dream (and not only). Very special the days organized to celebrate Last EveÆ night and carnival, which end up at late night in an overwhelming party. The special dinners for these nights are already included in the rates. The little guests: Continuous activities with special assistants are organized for the little guests from 4 to 12 years. Children have fun and parents are free to go and ski.
