The property is located amidst the fascinating Castelli Romani (Roman Castles) area which is also home to Italy's word-famous Frascati white wine. Just a few minutes away stands majestic Castel Gandolfo, the Pope's summer holiday retreat, and beautiful Lake Albano nearby, is ideal for water sports and lakeside hikes. Ground Floor: a small entranceway leads into a cosy sitting room with fireplace, two sofas and television; the adjacent kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and laundry with washing machine. A corridor provides access to the dining room. There are three bedrooms with two single beds each and two bathrooms with bathtub, one master bedroom with double-bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath tub. As well as its Frascati wine, the Castelli Romani area is renowned for its mouth-watering cuisine: typical dishes include fettuccine ai funghi porcini (wild mushroom pasta) and porchetta (roast suckling pig).
