The development of this project has been inspired by the French architect Michel de Camaret co-jointly with architect-decorator Didier Lefort who designed and decorated the famous Meridien Bora Bora and The Datai in Malaysia. The main features of the building are wood and stone, comprised of 31 bungalow-style units, built on pillars. Same African and Asian influences can be noticed in the unique decoration style of this boutique hotel as well as in other antiques pieces sourced from various Portuguese discoveries. There are 60 double rooms and 4 suites, surrounded by sumptuous gardens and two larger buildings in which other amenities are situated. All rooms have verandas, unusually large areas and a view to Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean. Both double rooms and suites have separate WC and bathrooms, refrigerator mini-bar, personal safe, television and radio. The suites will also be equipped with an outside Jacuzzi and access to the Internet. The indoor leisure areas, reception, library, seminar room with a capacity of approximately 40 people, and the spa, are found in one of the main buildings. The bar, restaurant and kitchen are situated in another separate building. There are two heated swimming pools, one outdoor lagoon swimming pool, and another indoors in the spa area. Holz und Stein sind die Hauptbaustoffe des Komplexes, der aus 34 auf Pfählen stehenden Bungalows besteht. Inmitten üppiger Gärten liegen 60 Doppelzimmer und 4 Suites. In 2 größeren Gebäuden sind die übrigen Einrichtungen untergebracht. Alle Gästezimmer besitzen Verandas, ungewöhnlich große Räume, und bieten einen schönen Ausblick auf Funchal und den Atlantischen Ozean. In den Doppelzimmern befinden sich separates WC und Badezimmer, Kühlschrank, Minibar, privaten Safe, Fernseher und Radio. Die Suites haben zusätzlich ein Sonnendeck-Jacuzzi und Internet-Anschluss Die Aufenthaltsräume, Rezeption, Bücherei, Seminarraum für ca. 40 Personen und der Spa befinden sich in einem der Hauptgebäude. Bar, Restaurant und Küche sind in einem separaten Gebäude untergebracht. Das Hotel besitzt 2 geheizte Swimming-Pools: einen lagunenförmigen Außen-Pool und einen Innen-Pool im Spa-Bereich. Les principaux éléments de construction de ce projet seront le bois et la pierre. Il comprendra 34 unités style « bungalows » construits sur piliers, correspondant à 60 chambres doubles et 4 suites, entourés de jardins luxuriants et de deux bâtiments au volume plus important où se trouveront les autres services. Les chambres, extrêmement spacieuses, possèdent toutes un balcon, avec vue sur Funchal et l'océan atlantique. Les chambres doubles et les suites ont toutes des toilettes et une salle de bains séparées, un mini-bar réfrigéré, un coffre personnel, la télévision et la radio. Les suites seront, de surcroît, équipées d'un jacuzzi extérieur et d'un accès à l'Internet. Dans l'un des bâtiments principaux se trouvent les zones intérieures de loisirs, la réception, une bibliothèque, une salle pour les séminaires pouvant accueillir 40 personnes et le « spa » (centre thermal). Dans l'autre bâtiment, se trouve le bar, le restaurant et la cuisine.
