Palazzo Magnani Feroni Historical Residence in Florence The whole property was built in 1500 as the summer residence of an important noble florentine family, called the Davanzati. The property came into the present ownerÆs family in 1700. The apartment/suites and villas are part of a farm, where wine in the proper cellars and olive oil 'extra vergine' in the proper presses are being produced even now, besides vegetables and fruits. Every apartment/suite is composed out of one or two double bedrooms, bathroom, living-room including a sofa-bed (in case an additional queen-size bed is required) and kitchen corner. A big swimming-pool area and different gardens, including barbecues and relax facilities are part of the Relais. Another two independent small villas with 2 double-bed-rooms are available to our guests, both with private gardens, private swimming-pools and barbecues. The entrance of the property there is a fourth separate villa with 3 double bedrooms, a big living room, a big kitchen including a fire place, 2 bathrooms, a big garden paved with terracotta and partially covered (with a so called ôloggiaö) and barbecue. All apartment and villas are connected to international television channels and are provided with telephone, complete cooking services and independent heating. Palazzo Magnani Feroni Historical Residence in Florence La villa e le proprietÓ da cui sono ricavati gli appartamenti/ suites e villette risalgono al 1500. La proprietÓ era la residenza estiva di una antichissima famiglia, I Davanzati. Fu acquistata dalla famiglia degli attuali proprietari alla metÓ del 1700. Gli appartamenti sono parte di una fattoria dove si produce vino nelle cantine di proprietÓ ed olio extra vergine di oliva nel proprio frantoio, oltre a frutta e verdura. Ogni appartamento/suite Þ composto da una o due camere doppie, bagno, soggiorno con divano letto (nel caso in cui sia richiesto un letto doppio aggiuntivo) e angolo cucina in muratura. Fanno parte del nostro Relais una grande piscina, vari giardini attrezzati con barbecues e tutto ci= che ci vuole per trascorrere una vacanza in completo relax. Altre due piccole villette indipendenti, entrambe con 2 camere doppie, giardino privato, piscina privata e barbecues sono disponibili per i nostri ospiti. All'inizio della proprietÓ troviamo una quarta casa colonica, composta di 3 camere doppie, ampio soggiorno, cucina con caminetto, 2 bagni, ampio giardino in cotto, loggiato e barbecue. Tutti gli appartamenti e le villette sono forniti con televisione collegata a canali internazionali, telefono, cucina completa di tutti i servizi e riscaldamento indipendente. Aus einem rustikalen Landbetrieb wurden 10 exklusive und elegante Appartement/Suiten und Villen mit Schwimmbõdern, Gõrten und Barbecues erstellt. Jahrhundert. Der Grundbesitz war einst die Sommerresidenz der adligen Familie "Davanzati" und wurde Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts von den heutigen Besitzern ³bernommen. Struktur: Alle Appartement/Suites sind mit 2 Doppelzimmern, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer mit gemauerter K³chenecke ausgestattet. Ein ausziehbares Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist als zusõtzliches Doppelbett verwendbar. Die verschiedenen Gõrten haben Barbecues. Das Schwimmbad und die Relax-Bereiche tragen zu einem wundervollen Aufenthalt bei. Zu unserer Farm geh÷ren zwei selbstõndige Klein-Villen, jeweils mit 2 Doppelzimmern, privaten Schwimmbõdern und privaten Gõrten mit Barbecues. An der Einfahrt des Grundbesitzes steht eine vierte Villa mit 3 Doppelzimmern, grossem Wohnzimmer, grosser K³che mit Kamin, 2 Bõdern, grossem Innenhof mit Terracotta und einer "Loggia" mit Barbecue. Alle Appartement/Suites und Villen bieten internationale Fernsehstationen, Telefon, K³che und ein autonomes Heizsystem. LÆunique Relais Villa lÆOlmo se situe en plein c£ur du Chianti, Ó 10 km de Florence et Ó 5 km de la voie rapide A1 en direction de Sienne. 10 appartements ou petites villas avec piscine, exceptionnels et ÚlÚgants, sont nÚs dans une ferme, au milieu de la campagne traditionnelle, mais en 5 minutes, on est dans le centre du village. Les appartements constitue une aile dÆune ferme dans les caves de laquelle on produit du vin, o¨ de lÆhuile de lÆolive extra vierge sort de son pressoir, et o¨ on cultive des fruits et des lÚgumes. Chaque appartement se compose dÆune ou de deux chambres prÚvues pour deux personnes, dÆune salle de bain, dÆune salle de sÚjour o¨ se trouve une banquette convertible (dans le cas o¨ serait demandÚ un lit deux places supplÚmentaire) et un coin cuisine dans le mur. Sont partie intÚgrante du Relais, une grande piscine, plusieurs jardins ÚquipÚs de barbecues et tout ce qui peut Ûtre nÚcessaire pour passer des vacances de dÚtente. Deux autres petites villas indÚpendantes, toutes deux ÚquipÚes de deux chambres prÚvues pour deux personnes, dÆun jardin privÚ et dÆun barbecue, sont aussi proposÚes Ó nos h¶tes. A lÆentrÚe de la propriÚtÚ se trouve une quatriÞme maison fermiÞre, qui se compose de 3 chambres prÚvues pour 2 personnes, dÆune vaste salle de sÚjour, dÆune cuisine, de deux salles de bain, dÆun grand jardin sous arcades muni dÆun barbecue.
