THE APARTMENTS The apartments, new, comfortable and well furnished, are situated on the first floor of a big villa and everyone has got independent entranceway, a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, bedroom, living room with bed settee, air conditioning, autonomous heating, TV, and a terrace. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Breakfast is always included in the price and it is left in the kitchen. The cleaning of the rooms is effectuated every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding holidays. There are only two parking places in the garage and these are reserved for those who book them first. Nevertheless the area in which we are located offers numerous parking places outside of our structure. Pets are always welcome in our Bed & Breakfast. LA CASA A poca distanza dal centro di Lecce, in un verde e tranquillo quartiere residenziale lontano dal caotico traffico della città, sorge il Bed & Breakfast Cavallino. GLI APPARTAMENTI La struttura offre ai suoi ospiti graziosi appartamenti indipendenti, curati nei minimi dettagli dai proprietari e dotati di ogni comfort. Ciascun alloggio dispone infatti di angolo cottura completo di accessori, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto, servizi igienici, TV, aria condizionata, riscaldamento e un ampio terrazzo. Il parcheggio privato, il bel giardino e la cortesia della gestione completano i servizi di questo raffinato Bed & Breakfast. ALTRE INFORMAZIONI Tutto il necessario per la prima colazione viene lasciata nella cucina di ogni appartamento, così che gli ospiti possano prepararla da soli, senza vincoli di orario e nella massima indipendenza. Ogni alloggio dispone di due ampi balconi, uno anteriore provvisto di tavolino e sedie dove rilassarsi o cenare nelle sere d'estate ed uno posteriore, di servizio, diciamo, con una comoda attrezzatura per il bucato. Come detto, ogni alloggio è indipendente e situtato al primo piano di una grande villa al piano terra della quale vivono i proprietari di casa, sempre pronti e disponibili dunque a fornire agli ospiti qualsiasi tipo di informazione ed assistenza. Al loro arrivo, gli ospiti vengono provvisti delle chiavi dell'appartamento e del telecomando per entrare in garage; il tutto verrà riconsegnato alla fine del soggiorno. Soggiorno gratuito per bambini da 0 a 3 anni. Disponibilità di culla. Animali domestici ammessi. DAS HAUS Das BED & BREAKFAST CAVALLINO befindet sich 3 Km von der Stadt Lecce entfernt in einem grünen Wohnviertel. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort weit weg vom Stadtverkehr. DIE ZIMMER Zwei Apartments liegen im ersten Stock der Villa und besitzen einen unabhängigen Eingang, eine gut ausgestattete Kochnische, Bad mit Dusche, Klimaanlage, Etagenheizung, TV und Terrasse. Ein weiteres Apartment besteht aus einem Kellergeschoss mit denselben Charakteristiken der anderen beiden, ist aber ohne Klimaanlage, da es dort auch in der heißesten Zeit schön kühl ist. Es besitzt eine Stereoanlage und Kamin. WEITERE INFORMATIONEN Das Frühstück ist immer im Preis enthalten und wird in der Küche serviert. Die Räumlichkeiten werden montags, mittwochs und freitags gereinigt, Feiertage ausgeschlossen. In der Garage sind nur zwei Plätze frei, die wir demjenigen reservieren, der zuerst vorbestellt; in der Gegend, in der wir uns befinden, kann man jedoch leicht einen Parkplatz auch außerhalb des Hauses finden. Bei uns sind Haustiere immer willkommen. LA MAISON Le BED & BREAKFAST CAVALLINO se trouve à 3 Km de la ville de Lecce, dans un quartier verdoyant et résidentiel, un endroit tranquille, loin de la circulation de la ville. LES CHAMBRES Les trois appartements se trouvent au premier étage d'une grande villa et chacun possède une entrée indépendante, un coin cuisine bien équipé, une salle de bain avec douche, une chambre à deux lits, une chambre de séjour, air conditionné, chauffage individuel, TV, terrasse. AUTRES RENSEIGNEMENTS Le petit-déjeuner est toujours inclus dans le prix et est laissé dans la cuisine. Le ménage des piéces est effectué le lundi, le mercredi et le vendredi, faite exception des jours fériés. Dans le garage, nous ne disposons que de deux places que nous destinons à qui les a réservé en premier ; cependant, le quartier où nous nous trouvons permet de se garer facilement à l''extérieur de la maison. Chez nous, les animaux domestiques sont toujours les bienvenus. | ||
