Upstairs there is a big comfortable bed room with parquet and air conditioned, endowed with a sunny terrace with a beautiful view. Apartment 2 : Downstairs there is a dinette with a little kitchen well equipped. Upstairs two big light rooms with parquet from which you can go into a little private yard. Appartment 3 Downstairs you can find a large and comfortable sitting room with a little kitchen and the toilet. Upstairs there is a comfortable bed room with parquet and air conditioned. All the appartment are wonderfully furnisced and fully comfortable. They offer a lovely stayng to enjoy the amazing old baroque center of the city. Clients are asked to make a downpayment of 30% (see the coordinate of bank in cancellation policies) when booking. We are plesed to receive payment by postal-order, bank-draft. Dalla ricercata ristrutturazione sono stati ricavati tre appartamenti indipendenti soppalcati e finemente rifiniti dotati di ogni comfort ed aria condizionata. Appartamento 1 : composto da un piano terra che ospita i servizi ed il soggiorno con angolo cottura, un caratteristico balconcino con affaccio sull’ antica corte barocca. Da una graziosa scala a chiocciola si accede all’ ampia camera da letto rifinita con parquet ed aria condizionata; dalla camera si accede ad un’aria solare con vista sulle bellezze della città. Appartamento 2: Un piccola dinette ospita un angolo cottura attrezzato ed i servizi; al piano superiore due luminose camere con parquet si affacciano in un piccolo spazio esterno per una totale privacy. Appartamento 3 : Al piano terra l’appartamento si sviluppa in un unico ampio accogliente ambiente corredato di angolo cottura più servizi, attraverso una scala in ferro si accede alla camera da letto con parquet . Tutti gli appartamenti sono stati arredati con gusto e con un particolare attenzione al comfort per offrire agli ospiti un piacevole soggiorno immersi nell’atmosfera incantata del centro storico barocco della città. Al momento della prenotazione versare il 30% del costo totale (vedi coordinate bancarie in sez. cancellation policies).
